Click on Video Manager above of the profile picture as you can see in below screen shot.
Click on the $ symbol as shown in below screen shot.
Slide the button against Monetize with Ads at the bottom of the below screen shot.
Click on the Save Changes button (refer below screen shot). All set! Now Google will start publishing Ads on your YouTube videos.

3. Publishing Ads on your business website:
If you have a business website and you want to earn some side income, you can do so by registering yourself with Google Adsense.
Once your account is setup, Google will start publishing Ads on your website pages and the places you have choose to show the adds.
Note: Please make sure that you don't click on any Ad published on your blog page, YouTube video or your website and don't refresh your own published page to view Ad change. Even don't encourage anyone to click on the Ad posted on your page. Google keeps tracking every activity on your pages at micro level. If they find any suspicious activity on your page then they can temporarily or permanently block your account so be careful.
